The Responsible Finance Forum (RFF) is excited to host its first in-person gathering in four years to explore the latest cutting-edge research and share best practices for shaping a digital finance ecosystem that places consumer interests at its center.
Join us in Bengaluru for immersive learning experiences, knowledge sharing and debate, plus interactions with industry experts, as we seek to drive change and spark innovation in responsible finance. You will meet a diverse community of financial inclusion practitioners, private sector leaders, governments, policymakers, academics, and consumer advocates committed to addressing the rapidly evolving consumer risks faced by financial systems and low-income people.

Meet innovators delivering digital finance solutions designed to promote fair and equitable outcomes for consumers. Four in-person learning opportunities in Bengaluru.
DAY 2 – Learnings from Responsible Finance, July 6
Hear from leaders in delivering responsible financial services -- India’s priorities as head of GPFI; GSMA’s work on responsible finance; and progress from RFF working groups on consumer recourse, digital credit, and responsible AI.
DAY 3 - Designing Responsible Futures, July 7
Brainstorm on emerging risks, ranging from cybercrime to climate change, and ways to prepare for new consumer threats while managing existing ones.
